This extensive range includes Buccaneer IP68 & IP69K rated waterproof connectors for industrial power & data – with Ethernet, FireWire, USB, Mini USB & ATEX Zone 2 rated versions with a selection of crimp, screw and solder terminations.

In addition to the above, they also manufacture electromechanical components such as battery holders, IEC connectors, Polysnap connectors, Circular & Rectangular low current connectors as well as EMI mains filters, Fuse holders, Indicators and Switches.

With the vast majority of manufacturing done in house, Bulgin retains full control over their entire manufacturing process from raw materials through production to inspection and testing ensuring quality, reliability and consistency. Their extensive facilities include automated plastics moulding shops and a metal press shop, assembly is by automatic, semi-automatic or manual techniques as appropriate. Together, these facilities enable Bulgin to provide exactly what the customer wants, when they want it, from low-volume, turnkey solutions to the mass-produced volumes of their standard ranges.
