A range of contacts and appropriate tools for a long lasting connection.
There are stamped contacts for machine crimping and there are single contacts for manual assembly.
- Epic tools for contacts-on reel M-D 1.0 D-Sub Stamped – For inserts and modules of the EPIC rectangular connectors. Gold plated contacts in 2 quality levels for automated production with crimping machine. 2 crimp areas for wire and insulation crimp.
- EPIC tools for contacts H-D 1.6 – For inserts and modules of the Epic rectangular connectors – using the removal tool, crimping pliers and locator makes handling easy. Choice of high quality gold or silver plated contacts
- Epic H-D 1.6 stamped contacts-on-reel –these pressed contacts in ring are offered in changeable variants for assorted conductor cross-sections and length of stripped insulation.
- EPIC H-BE 2.5 machined contacts – With various cross-section dimensions, these machined contacts for rectangular connectors are available as male and female pins.
- EPIC MC 2.5 machined contacts - the machined contacts for conductor cross-section from 0.5 to 4 mm² are available as female and male pins.
- EPIC MC 2.5 stamped contacts – also available as male and female pins, cross section from 0.5 to 2.5 mm². Choice of high quality gold or silver plated contacts
- EPIC MC 2.5 stamped contacts-on-reel - The pressed contacts in ring are at 100 or 200 pieces, coiled on reel, for usage for conductor cross-section from 0.5 to 2.5 mm².
- EPIC MC 3.6 machined contacts - supplied in packs of 100 pieces as male or female pins. silver plated and passivated contacts
- EPIC MC 3.6 machined contacts 16 mm² - these contacts are supplied in packaging units 20 pieces. With this item it is recommended to also order the crimping dies. It is recommended to also order the crimping dies.
- Modular 6.0 machined contacts - The modular machined contacts 3.6 are to be used together with the pneumatic crimping tool, Klauke type EK 60/22-L.
- MC 10.0 machined contacts - The modular crimping contacts 10.0 are suitable for maximum cross-sections and currents and their internal resistance is less than 1 milliohm.
- EPIC MC Coax-Contacts – soldering is what bonds the contact and the internal conductor and external collar.
