Icotek Price Increase June 2022

Price adjustment as of 1st June 2022                                                                                                    Manchester, March 2022

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Thank you very much for your confidence in our performance and the cooperative partnership over the past few years. The year 2021 and the beginning of 2022 was a time with many product innovations for icotek, e.g. the new KEL-FA, the hygienic design products and the products for the use in clean rooms. At the same time, 2021 was characterised by problems in the global supply chains, resulting in delivery problems, the challenges of the Covid pandemic, sharp increases in material costs on the supplier side, high increases in energy costs and a generally very high inflation rate. In 2022, the effects of the military conflict in Ukraine, sadly, will also have to be added.

In order to be able to offer you, as a reliable and long-term partner, innovative products of the highest quality with the corresponding added value in the future and to secure and expand Germany as a production location, we strive to invest in our employees, our processes and machinery as well as in our stock. In 2021 and 2022 in particular, this has meant that all our products were available with short delivery times.

We are constantly working on increasing our level of service, securing our high quality standards, introducing and improving new, environmentally friendly production processes and developing product innovations.
The investments and the expansion of the service package, which will sustainably support our joint development in the years ahead, make it necessary to adjust the prices for some product areas.

For selected product groups, we cannot avoid adjusting the prices by an average of 4.9% from June 1st, 2022. The conditions of currently running framework orders / blanket orders are not affected and remain in place until they expire.
Please rest assured that we have made every effort to keep the price adjustments as low as possible through optimisation measures and productivity increases.
