Predecessor types of OZD Profi, OZD Modbus Plus and OZD Genius

Dear Valued Customer,

This post is to notify you that the predecessor types of Hirschmann fieldbus repeaters OZD Profi, OZD Modbus Plus and OZD Genius will be discontinued and entering into long-term product support.

Components with limited availability caused a new generation of the field bus repeaters. This is requiring Belden to announce a planned last order date of November 30, 2018 and a last shipment date of December 21, 2018 for the predecessor types.

For customers, please recommend the new generation of fieldbus repeaters - OZD Profi, OZD Modbus Plus and OZD Genius as they provide all functions and customer solutions as the predecessor types being discontinued.
